Terms and Conditions — Pikazo

1. Who we are

Pikazo makes personalized coloring books: you upload your photos, we turn them into coloring pages using AI, and we print and ship a physical book to you. These terms govern your use of the Pikazo website and services.

2. Your photos and content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to store and process your photos — including sending them to our AI processing partners — solely to create your coloring pages, covers, and printed book. We never use your photos for advertising or to train AI models.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the photos you use, and that they do not contain unlawful content. We may refuse to process or print content that is illegal or that we reasonably consider abusive or harmful.

3. AI-generated results

Coloring pages and covers are generated by AI from your photos. Results vary with the source photo, and small artifacts or stylistic interpretations are part of how the product works. You can preview, retry, and adjust every page before anything is printed — nothing goes to print until you place an order.

4. Orders, payment, and delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment, applicable taxes, and shipping options are presented at checkout before you confirm an order. Once an order goes to print it cannot be changed, since every book is made to order.

5. Refunds and reprints

Because each book is personalized, made-to-order goods are generally not returnable. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is illegal, or that infringes the rights of others.
Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Do not use the service to create content intended to harass or harm anyone.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to the service or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
