Terms and Conditions — Pikazo

1. Who we are

Pikazo (pikazocoloring.com) is operated by World of Eureka AS, a company registered in Norway (organization number 938 223 904), Møllergata 6, 0179 Oslo, Norway ("Pikazo", "we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

These terms apply when you use our website and when you buy from us. By placing an order you accept the version of these terms published at that time. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

2. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United States only.

3. What we make

Pikazo turns your photos into coloring pages using artificial intelligence (AI), then prints and ships them as a personalized coloring book. Every book is made to order from your own content.

4. Your account

When you start making a book, we create an account for you automatically in your browser. No email or password is needed. Your books are tied to that browser: if you clear your browser data or switch to another device, we may not be able to recover your work. You are responsible for activity on your device.

5. Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us a limited permission to store, process and print them, and to share them with the partners who do this for us (AI processing, printing and shipping), only to create your pages, covers and books and to handle reprints. We do not use your photos for advertising, and we do not use them to train AI models.

By uploading, you confirm that:

you own the photos or have permission to use them;
you have permission from anyone recognizable in them, or from a parent or guardian for children;
they do not break any law or anyone else's rights.

6. Content we won't make

Do not upload or create content that is illegal, sexual, hateful or violent, that infringes anyone's rights, or that is meant to harass or harm anyone. Material that sexualizes children is strictly forbidden: we will remove it, preserve it as the law requires and report it to the authorities. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks this section, with a full refund, and close the account.

7. AI results

Pages and covers are generated by AI, so results vary with the source photo. Small artifacts and stylistic interpretation are part of the product. You can preview, regenerate and arrange every page before you order. What you approve in the preview is what we print, so a page that matches your preview is not a defect.

8. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout together with shipping before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Discount codes follow the conditions shown with them and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Your order

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an accepted order with a full refund if the price shown was clearly wrong, if the content breaks section 6, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

10. Production and delivery

We send your book to print shortly after payment. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your emails (currently about 10–13 business days). If we cannot ship within the time we stated, we will let you know, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel can't be delivered because of an incorrect address you gave us, we will help, but a reprint or new delivery may be charged. If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will reprint it or refund you.

11. Personalized books: no cancellations or returns for a change of mind

Every book is made to your specifications, so you cannot cancel or return it because you changed your mind. If you contact us before your order has gone to print, we will try to cancel it with a full refund, but we cannot guarantee this.

12. Damaged or misprinted books

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, incomplete or different from what you approved, email us your order number and a photo. We will reprint it free of charge or refund you, whichever you prefer. Please tell us as soon as you can; contacting us within 30 days of delivery lets us resolve it fastest. This does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.

13. Our liability

If we are responsible for a problem with an order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limit does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and it never reduces your rights under consumer protection law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and offer a refund where appropriate.

14. Our website

We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. Do not try to disrupt it, access it without permission, or scrape or copy it at scale. The Pikazo name, website design and software belong to us.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state or country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live. Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly by email.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you placed your order applies to that order.
