Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026. This policy is a working draft while Pikazo prepares its US launch; the final version will be published before ordering opens.
What we collect
- The photos you upload, and the coloring pages and covers generated from them.
- An anonymous account created automatically in your browser, which ties your books and images to you without requiring an email or password.
- When ordering: your name, shipping address, email, and payment details (handled by our payment processor — we never see your full card number).
How we use it
Your photos are used for exactly one thing: making your coloring book. That means storing them securely, sending them to our AI processing partner to generate the line art, and sending the finished files to our print partner to produce your book. We do not sell your data, use your photos for marketing, or use them to train AI models.
Where your data lives
Photos and books are stored with our cloud infrastructure provider in a private, access-controlled storage bucket. AI processing happens with our processing partner and files are transferred over encrypted connections. Printed orders share only what the print partner needs: the print files and the shipping address.
How long we keep it
Uploaded photos and generated pages are kept while you are working on a book and for a period after your order so we can handle reprints. You can ask us to delete your photos and data at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use the storage your browser provides to keep your session and your cart working. We keep analytics minimal and do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. If you are a California resident, you also have the rights provided by the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).
Children
Pikazo is a service for adults; children should use it together with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
